Behind the Studio
SoPodio is run by Geoff White, whose career has spanned music, television, film, and the creative industries.
Geoff began as a recording and touring musician before moving into media and production. He later played a key role in supporting Liverpool’s creative industries, contributing to the city’s successful bid to become the 2008 European Capital of Culture.
Over the years Geoff has produced films, mentored emerging creatives, and led projects around the world. Today he continues to support the UK’s screen sector while helping creators, businesses, and organisations record high-quality content here in Southport.
At SoPodio, Geoff is on hand during recording sessions to ensure everything runs smoothly, combining decades of creative experience with practical, hands-on production support.
How to Find Us
We’re delighted to be based in Eastbank, the home of Southport’s growing Creative & Digital community.
The studio is on the first floor of the beautifully renovated historic building on Eastbank Street, accessible via the doors next to the entrance to Cambridge Walks on Eastbank Street.
